TSX - "HBK"
12g3-2(b): 82-1508
April 6, 2006
In our press release dated March 2, 2005 the Company stated that “Due to an unrelated petition (L042012) filed in the B.C. Supreme Court challenging the ownership and directorship of 657516 B.C. Ltd. (the 50% owners of the Granby Moly Claims), the agreement between Highbank and 657516 and any further exploration on these claims will be put on hold, pending the outcome of the petition.”
As this dispute has not yet been resolved and Highbank holds the other 50% ownership of these B.C. mineral claims (Moly Mac, Moly 2, Moly 3, Patricia and Beatrice), the litigant, 657516 B.C. Ltd. has named Highbank as a co-defendant in a suit filed in Supreme Court of B.C. #S055907 dated November 2, 2005 disputing Highbank’s 50% ownership.
As per TSX Exchange Policy the Company is disclosing this, as our previous press releases did not update the status of these developments. The Company will defend its position as required.
The Company’s main focus is the development of the Swamp Point North
Aggregate Project.
