On September 29-30 (Munich) and October 2-3, 2007 (Frankfurt), management and consultants of Highbank Resources Ltd. (“TSX.V – HBK”) attended two investment exhibition and trade shows in Germany to profile the Company in association with our Frankfurt listing. Since then the Company has seen an increase in trading activity on the Frankfurt Exchange and numerous inquiries from Europe seeking further information on how to invest in HBK. The Company is also pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, it has retained the services of Investel IR of Friedberg, Germany to provide investor relations services for Highbank.
The principal of Investel is Ruediger (Rudy) Hnyk, an experienced investor and public relations professional. Investel will distribute news and information on Highbank in Germany and provide consistent contact with the German and other European investors, shareholders and aggregate industry professionals on behalf of Highbank. Investel will work with German newsletter editors and analysts to include Highbank in their newsletters and articles. Investel will work on introducing Highbank via further resource shows and direct analyst meetings. Investel will also create and maintain a German website link for Highbank.
Investel Investor Relations will receive a fee of $1,000 EURO per month starting October 18,2007 for a term of one year. Investel and Rudy Hnyk are at arm’s-length to Highbank.
