Further to our news release dated April 18, 2008, Highbank Resources Ltd. (“HBK”), (the “Company”), Portland Canal Aggregates Corp., et.al., have received a decision regarding its summary application for dismissal of the claims of Hidden Rock Drilling Ltd. brought on June 29, 2009.
On July 17, 2009, Madam Justice Gerow of the British Columbia Supreme Court decided that the matter was unsuitable for summary determination and has ordered that the matter be set for a full trial, which is expected to be held in September 2009.
