HIGHBANK WITHDRAWS FINANCING
Highbank Resources Ltd. (the “Company”), (TSX.V –HBK). Further
to our August 12, 2008 announcement, and disclosed in the Company’s Management
Discussion & Analysis for the Nine Month Quarter Ended September 30, 2008
as filed on SEDAR on December 1, 2008 the Company will not be proceeding with
the previously announced private placement.
