Highbank Resources Ltd. (the “Company”), (“HBK”) announces
that it has been named as a party to a statement of claim filed in British Columbia
Supreme Court on June 3, 2010. The Company was served on June 16,2010. The plaintiff
in the action is claiming an interest in the Highland Valley Property, as a
result of dealings with the previous owners of the Property. The Company considers
this action to be without merit, has retained legal counsel on this matter,
and will defend itself accordingly.
