The Company is pleased to announce the receipt of a Technical 43-101 Report on the ‘Swamp Point North Aggregate Property’, located on the east shore of Portland Canal in northwestern British Columbia.
Wardrop Engineering Inc. was retained by the Company to conduct a due diligence examination of surficial material within Portland Canal’s License of Occupation and Foreshore Sand and Gravel Tenure.
Mr. Greg Mosher, a Senior Geologist with Wardrop and a “qualified person” as defined in NI 43-101 writes:
“A program of seismic surveying is recommended in order to determine the thickness of the glacial outwash material as well as the morphology of the underlying bedrock. The seismic program should be followed by a drilling program both to determine the stratigraphy of the outwash material and to acquire sufficient material in order to conduct grain size and tests necessary to establish the quality of the aggregate. In addition to the drilling, trenches should be dug in order to supplement the amount of sample material as well as to create exposures of the outwash and thereby develop a better understanding of its distribution in three dimensions.”
The Company will be submitting this technical report, a filing statement and
other relevant documents with its application to the TSX Venture Exchange for
approval and transition back to Tier 2 from the NEX.
