Highbank Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) has arranged non-brokered private placements of 1,892,000 units at a price of $0.185 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share plus one share purchase warrant to purchase an additional share at $0.27 within one year from the date of issuance. Finders fees will be payable in relation to this financing.
The funds will be used for project development and working capital purposes.
The financing and finders fee are subject to regulatory approvals.
