(the “Company”) wishes to announce that it has closed its non-brokered private placements of 1,892,000 units at a price of $0.185 per unit for a total of $350,000 that was previously announced on January 10, 2005. The Company has submitted documentation for final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
