Highbank Resources Ltd. (“HBK”) wishes to announce that a revised
agreement with Portland Canal Aggregates Corp. has been signed, the original
agreement dates back to August 2003. Highbank has the right to earn 100% interest
in Portland Canal’s Swamp Point Gravel Deposit. The terms are 2,000,000
shares over a three year period plus expenditure of $1.3 million and a royalty
interest of 5%. The above is subject to TSX approval.
