Highbank Resources Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on June 1, 2005. At the meeting the shareholders re-elected Jake Bottay, Gary Musil, Victor N. Bryant, Luard J. Manning and newly elected Dennise H. McKnight to the Board for the upcoming year. The directors appointed Jake Bottay as President/Chief Executive Officer and Gary Musil as Corporate Secretary/Chief Financial Officer.
All other resolutions submitted by Management to the shareholders for consideration were approved as presented. There was no new business arising from the floor.
Management would like to thank the Company’s shareholders for their continued
support, throughout the past year.
The Company has entered into an Investor Relations Contract with Jason Leikam of Vancouver, B.C. The initial term is for three months at a rate of $3,500 per month, which may be extended upon mutual agreement. The agreement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
